Synopsis

Presents the current understanding of the staging of gynaecological carcinomas with the historical background and recent changes in FIGO staging. Explains the purpose and principles of staging. Demonstrates various practical aspects and steps of FIGO staging together with recent additions of cytology, histology and other diagnostic information.
