Synopsis

Three case studies showing the factors taken into account by small organisations when considering their needs for computer software. Each case study describes the organisation’s function, administrative processes and computer needs, together with the chosen solutions. The organisations are a church converting from a card index system; a group of three diverse companies operated centrally but needing to service each company’s individual activities; a company that administers breakdown warranty policies.
