It summarises and updates the work Ofcom has published so far in this area, introduces the latest research and sets out the organisation’s plans for further work during the rest of the year. This report shows that there are still significant gaps in the availability of standard and superfast broadband services in sample UK cities, and proposes a range of possible explanations for this.
