Unidentified (Scottish?) male speaker tells of his escape from a fire by jumping; another unidentified (Scottish?) male speaker tells how he and his colleagues had reported the smell of gas, and how the authorities had begun to carry out checks, but ultimately the gas had seeped into other locations.
