Includes interviews with PC Peter Wilks, community beat officer at East Dulwich; Liz Birbeck, an inspector at Twickenham; Detective Sergeant Graham Saltmarsh of the drugs squad at Lambeth; Detective Chief Superintendent Ray Adams, head of CID at Lambeth. Programme begins and ends with a montage of clips from the different speakers. Reporter/interviewer not heard, no presenter or commentary.
