Description

Lawrence Spicer travels to Bracknell to the home of the Met. Office. He talks to John Mason, Diector General of the Met. Office who describes the role of the office in predicting the weather and other roles such as monitoring the amount of ozone in the upper stratosphere. He describes some important customers of the Met. Office, including the RAF, who are served all over the world, and goes on to discuss the history of the office.
