Sean Street talks to Myfanwy Thomas, daughter of Edward Thomas, poet who died during the Battle of the Somme in World War One when she was a young girl. On her father, his poetry and family life. Includes readings of Edward Thomas’ poetry by Myfanwy and archive recording of reading by his wife Helen Thomas shortly before her death in 1967. Interview with Myfanwy recorded at her home in East Bury, Berkshire.
