- Decision Makers- is the education system failing black youth? Presented by Terry Dignan. The work of the Rampton committee that looks at the performance of ethnic children in schools, why black children are falling behind white children at all levels, unintentional racism by teachers and their lack of cultural knowledge, stereotyping of children from ethnic minorities and other factors in the schools system.
