Decision Makers-the right to march and use of the Public Order Act to ban marches, presented by Terry Dignan. Fears of violent clashes at National Front and Anti-Nazi League marches have led to blanket bans which affect other groups wishing to march. Talks to members of these 2 organisations and the police and asks if there are alternatives to banning.
