Description
In this week’s edition Keith Howell returns to the Fine Art and Antiques Fair at Earls Court Olympia, West London, and speaks to stall-holders about their craft. Speaking are: Tom Duggan, gilder; Geoffrey Cook, antique restorer. The second part of the programme features Poet Laureate Sir John Betjeman reading his poems on London, set to music by Jim Parker and played by the New Philharmonia Orchestra, as recently released. Ends to part of the opening movement of the London Suite by Eric Coates.
