The outcome of the trial of Clive Ponting, presented by Peter Murphy. After he was cleared of breaking the Official Secrets Act the programme looks at the political outcome of the affair of leaked documents on the Belgrano warship sinking during the Falklands War. Includes House of Commons debates between politicians on the level of influence they had during the trial, especially the role of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in the original prosecution.
