Monty At Large, presented by Monty Modlyn. This episode focuses on an employment training scheme for electrical repair engineers, run by the Manpower Services Commission at Marsh Brothers in Fulham. Interviewees include tutor James Edgar; careers officer Mary Dixon; trainees Paul Burlaise(?), Mark Webb, Desmond Green, Mark Webb, Errol Palmer, Norman Bease and Jim West; former trainee Benjamin Bunce. Monty also interviews Geoffrey Skinner of the largest kettle manufacturer in Britain; Dicky Mill and Martin Raff of the Manpower Services Commission; Pat Kenny(?) from a large electrical manufacturer; Marsh Brothers proprietor Stanley Marsh. Local MP, Martin Stevens is also said to visit the scheme from time to time. In two parts, with break in recording. Sound in mono.
