Inna Tsukerman whose husband Vladimir Tsukerman was sentenced to three years imprisonment in the Soviet Union for taking part in a Jewish protest. He had previously been refused an exit visa by the Soviet authorities. She says there are currently 70 Jewish refuseniks in Soviet prisons, including her husband’s friend Osik Lokshin.
