Description

Report on massacres by Lebanese militia in Palestinian refugee camps in Beirut (09/82) in revenge for the assassination of President-elect Bachir Gemayel. Up to 1000 civilians died in 14 hours of shooting after Israel allowed her Christian Phalangist allies to enter the area to flush out terrorists, and on response from world leaders and Israelis.
