Labour MP Maureen Colquhoun has been dismissed from her constituency of Northampton North; friends and colleagues have attributed her dismissal to her sexuality. A protest ensued (we hear the singing of demonstrators), aimed at the Labour Executive, with the aim of reinstating her. Colquhoun says she will not resign, and will fight the decision.
