Description

A substitute for tobacco was launched to the general public, but failed to catch on. The reason as given here (by Tony Garrett, Chairman of Imperial Tobacco?) is that the Government made claims which took away support for the product. Tobacco companies will press on with a substitute. Male interviewer not identified.
