Detective Chief Inspector Derek Cass is interviewed following the discovery of a boy’s body beneath a pile of leaves. (The boy is not named in the clip but may have been Jason Swift, murdered in 11/85). He shares his fear of the possibility that the murderer of such a young child is likely to strike again.
