Report on a speech by ANC leader, Oliver Tambo, in London following the unveiling of a statue of jailed anti-apartheid campaigner, Nelson Mandela, and at the start of a conference organised by the National Union of Seamen (NUS). He is heard criticising the UK Government for their refusal to impose economic sanctions on Soth Africa. The report also includes a speech by Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock.
