Hayes at the Weekend. William Rees-Mogg, Editor of The Times, joins Brian Hayes to discuss whether The Times is an impartial newspaper. Rees-Mogg describes the paper, the staff, their views and the work ethic. He describes what he brings to the newspaper, in terms of being the editor, and the articles he writes. Chef and restaurateur, Robert Carrier joins Hayes to take phone calls from the public, and helps out with cooking tips, today particularly concentrating on cooking poultry. He describes how he cooks a Christmas dinner.
