Israeli Foreign Minister Moshe Dayan says that Israel will not sign a peace treaty in relation to the West Bank and is concerned that Egyptian agreements of mutual defence with other Arab countries could contradict any peace treaty in the event of war. Dayan denies that it is a dangerous time for Israel and adds that Israel will continue to establish new settlements in the West region. Peter Allen-Frost (signing off as Alan Frost) reports from Tel Aviv.
