Description
Foreign Secretary Geoffrey Howe makes a statement on the murder of Deputy High Commissioner Percy Norris in Bombay. He then goes on to report how he and Spanish Foreign Minister Fernando Moran came to an agreement regarding the Lisbon Agreement. On completion of negotiations, both sides will have to take legislative measures to achieve the respect of the Gibraltarians’ rights. Howe takes questions from unidentified reporters (one of whom may be Alan Osborn).
