Report after the conviction of John Steed, who went on a crime frenzy last year, which included raping three women and killing another in the South East area. And on his background and downward spiral to terrible crimes, he is believed to have a psychotic disorder. His girlfriend Sharon Bowville(?) did not turn him in but was a witness in the trial.
