Description

Report on the dismissal of 13 British Leyland workers from British Leyland’s Cowley plant, and the court hearings that resulted. An anonymous male - described as an informed source - reads out the leaflet (entitled Jobs Special) that prompted BL management to investigate and lay off the workers. In the leaflet, an unidentified organisation urges comrades to take advantage of BL’s position and apply for a job at Cowley. Male reporter not identified.
