Conservative MP John Biffen on his appointment to the Shadow Cabinet opposite the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Harold Lever. Biffen says it is good when opponents can agree on policy and insists that the role of small businesses is central to reduce unemployment. He hopes that his illness will not stop him taking the role.
