Description

Des Fahy reports from Westminster where the Queen opened the new session of Parliament and announced a sweeping and far-reaching package of Government legislation. The package includes 15 major bills, including changes to health, education, law, and the environment. Other bills include further curbs on trade unions and changes to broadcasting, as well as plans to privatise coal mines.
