Ferranti, the British electronics group, has admitted that its troubled US division ISC, has made a loss of more than 176 million. ISC, which is being investigated for fraud, may have exposed its parent group to a takeover bid. Alan Dickey(?) asks Ferranti chairman Sir Derek Alun Jones about the crisis.
