Description

John Fraser interviews Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd in Brussels about the Gulf crisis. He says the USA is keen for talks with Iraq, its Iraq thats dragging its heels. And on Foreign Office advice to British families to leave the area due to risk of war. He says peace is still an option if Saddam Hussein fully complies with the UN resolution to withdraw from Kuwait by 15th January.
