- Description
- Report on the shooting of three IRA members by British forces in Gibraltar. Alan Feraday, Principal Scientific Officer at the Royal Armaments Research and Development Establishment, has been brought in by the British Government to prove those shot had been going to detonate a remote controlled bomb. An off-duty policeman, James Parody(?), describes what he heard and saw; his account differs from the SAS testimony. Dr Michael Scott, an expert in explosive devices, was asked by IRA soliciter Michael Hucker if he thought the device would have been used under the circumstances. Kevin Murphy reports.
