Havovi Todd reports on a promise by Saddam Hussein that foreign hostages held in Iraq since they invaded Kuwait will be released and fears hopes of relatives will be dashed yet again. Middle East expert Francis Tusa is surprised the Americans have opened the option of discussing the Israel-Arab issue if Saddam leaves Kuwait.
