Nicky Broyd interviews solicitor Douglas Stewart following a High Court decision to award substantial damages to his client, a 22-year-old woman who was confined to a wheelchair for life, after being injured in a motorway accident. Four members of Samantha von Kotze’s family were among 13 people who died on the M4 in Berkshire in 06/86. The undisclosed sum has been paid out by the insurers of the driver of a van, James Fitt, which collided with the family’s car. For Billboard programme.
