Interview with customs officer John Chapman, following the seizure of fifteen tons of cannabis, worth £37million, in the English Channel, Britain’s largest ever haul of the drug. The Honduran-registered vessel, bound for Holland, was intercepted and seven people are now being questioned by police in Dover.
