Description
Report on the overthrow of Ugandan leader Milton Obote (for the second time). The report looks back at his reign, and that of former president Idi Amin. Originally he was deposed by Idi Amin in January 1971, and returned when Amin was deposed. Includes archive report; Amin turning down the opportunity of an independent post-mortem on Archbishop Janani Luwum who he is believed to have had shot; UK Defence Secretary Michael Heseltine saying he is keeping a watching brief.
