- Report on the release of an American protest song aimed at drawing attention to the apartheid regime in South Africa and in particular the international artists who perform in the country in defiance of a UN-sanctioned cultural boycott. Sun City has been penned by friend of Bruce Springsteen, Miami Steven Van Zandt, and record producer Arthur Baker. Also on an anti-apartheid march in Washington - with speech by campaigner Randall Robinson urging the US Government to do more and comment from Mayor of New York City, Ed Koch supporting sanctions on South Africa.
