Brian Ging reports on criticisms of conditions in Holloway Prison in North London, following an unannounced inspection by new Chief Inspector of Prisons, Sir David Ramsbottom, and his team of monitors. He was so appalled by the conditions inside Holloway he promptly withdrew the inspectors.
