Interview with Devon chief fire officer, Neil Wallington, about a fire at the Dingles department store in Plymouth. The blaze was caused by a fire-bomb – one of a series of attacks on stores owned by House of Fraser in UK cities. Animal rights activists later claimed responsibility for the bomb attacks.
