- Kevin Murphy reports on the conviction of five members of a gang of youths in the Brixton area of South London known as The Younger Raiders. They have been charged in connection with the rape of two 16-year-old girls. Includes interviews with Linda Walsh, mother of Christopher Springer; Julie Ballantyne, mother of Clive Ballantyne; Edith Edwards, mother of Winston Edwards; Ivy Linton, mother of Gary Linton. (Gang members were identified as Michael Thompson, 17, electrical engineer; Clive Ballantyne, 17, unemployed; Gary Linton, 18, clerical officer; Gary McDonald, 18, unemployed; Winston Edwards, 15, schoolboy. All the youths live on the Stockwell Park Estate).
