Interview with the grandmother, Ilsa Rickard, and natural father, Henryk Koseda, of murdered 3-year-old Heidi Koseda, criticising lack of action by social services and wishing they had had custody. Interviewer not heard. (Heidi’s stepfather, Nicholas Price, 26, was convicted. The child’s mother, Rosemary Koseda, 27, was convicted of manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility and committed to a hospital for treatment.)
