John Large, independent nuclear engineer and former researcher for the UK Atomic Energy Authority on the news British Energy, formerly Nuclear Energy and Scottish Energy, is scrapping plans to build two new nuclear reactor stations at Sizewell and Hinckley in the run up to privatisation.
