Following the murder of London headmaster Philip Lawrence outside his school gates, a reading of his eight-year-old son Lucien’s letter to Father Christmas which he asked his thirteen year old sister Unity to put in the post, and which she passed on to police and the press in which he asks for his daddy back for Christmas.
