Claude Moraes, Director of the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants on the granting a five day reprieve period in which lawyers for 19-year-old Nigerian student Ade Onibyo who has been living in Essex since he was 11 can apply for a judicial review of the decision to deport him; and on the government view of Nigerian refugees and stance on immigration and asylum in general and their asylum bill.
