Telephone interview with Edmund Pereira, criminal lawyer, following the sentencing of British rogue trader Nick Leeson in Singapore, following the collapse of Barings Bank. It’s widely rumoured he’s struck a deal with the authorities in Singapore over a reduced sentence and Pereira says this may lead to others being prosecuted. Interviewer not heard.
