Interview with solicitor, Chris Over, about a leaked version of a report into a blunder at a Devon hospital which has revealed that far more cancer patients than was first thought received radiation overdoses during treatment. In July the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in Exeter admitted that 153 patients were bombarded with 25 per cent too much radiation, now the Thwaites Report is believed to show that another 54 people are victims of the mistake.
