Labour education spokesman Jack Straw on the removal of John MacGregor and instating of Kenneth Clarke as Education Secretary in a cabinet re-shuffle by Margaret Thatcher after the surprise resignation of Deputy PM Geoffrey Howe. He says Clarke is not popular with the public after decimating the NHS in his previous post as Health Minister. Interviewer not heard.
