Twenty years after British troops were first sent to Ulster, former maverick MP Bernadette Devlin McAliskey has been launching a campaign to have the Army pulled out. She has recently been on a nationwide speaking tour promoting her new campaign group, The Committee of 68. McAliskey has been talking about her year of action, leading up to next summer’s anniversary of the Army’s arrival in Northern Ireland.
