Description

Former cabinet minister, Michael Heseltine, speaks to an unidentified male reporter following a speech to academics in Oxford. The speech was meant to be on green issues but he instead took the opportunity to give his view on European single currency and the European Exchange Rate Mechanism- around 100 people walked out. He reiterates his views to the reporter including need for a second European Parliament.
