- Vice-Chairman of the Marchioness Action Group, Iain Philpott - a survivor of the disaster in which 51 people died after the Marchioness pleasure boat collided with the Bowbelle dredger on the River Thames speaks ahead of the group’s case in the High Court. He claims the Director of Public Prosecutions has failed in his duty to bring about charges and it is a disgrace P & O can accept liability without being punished for the crime.
