Description

Minister for the Environment and Countryside, David Trippier, talks from the radio car, (to Peter Deeley?) about white paper recommendations for the introduction of air quality bulletins to weather reports and an air quality phoneline to provide information on pollutants in the atmosphere, photochemical smog and low-level ozone. He stresses the importance of this information being available in the media for the likes of asthmatics and explains how air quality is monitored.
