Description

US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger speech on the future for South Africa, Rhodesia and Namibia and the need for peaceful political change through negotiations which will however be difficult to achieve. He says majority rule must be recognised as inevitable and the US will work towards basic human rights and equal opportunity for black Africans.
