Richard Bestic interviews Jack Straw on a leaked Government paper describing plans to reform universities that shows the government is planning to introduce vouchers which would help those with lots of money but poor grades to get into university but would not help anyone else. He also says the government have made leaking an art form so can’t complain at his using the document.
