Simon Israel reports from Nairobi on the inquest into the case of British photographer, Julie Ward, who died in Kenya in 1988 whilst on safari in the Masai Mara game reserve. Kenya’s chief pathologist, Dr Jason Kaviti, has been accused of lying in order to cover up the murder. He claimed she was the victim of wild animals, but the inquest has heard evidence from a British expert, Professor Austin Gresham, that has discredited that view.
